Mini-Sprouts was created specifically with the preschool-aged child in mind.  Our classes provide a space for imaginations to soar and where adventure brings yoga poses to life!  We create a space that nurtures relationships and connection through playfulness and movement.  Yoga, mindfulness, breathing, relaxation and more!

Little Sprouts for Yoga

Little Sprouts provides children ages 6-11 with the opportunity to explore and take root in ancient practices for health and wellness! A 45-minute class offering yoga, breath-work, mindfulness exercises, relaxation and yoga games that teach focus, concentration & cooperation.

This class nurtures connection, self-exploration and self-care. It provides a space where movement fosters learning and teaches body awareness and where children are reminded of their innate power to find calm and ease within.
