Tracy teaches tantric hatha, vinyasa flow, and yin-style yoga classes with an individualized approach.
She has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga since 2007, receiving her 200 hour training with Karina Ayn Mirsky. She has also studied with multiple senior teachers throughout the country, taking specialized training in Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Women’s Health and Yoga of 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR). Her education in Women’s Studies at the University of Michigan and Ayurveda flows into her teaching as well.
Her students describe her teaching as eclectic, challenging, fun and calming. She believes in yoga as a tool for transformation, to increase self-love and find balance.
